Great location near the lake and lots of restaurants nearby. , the rooms had air conditioning and hot water which were both really nice. The staff were polite and helpful.
The hotel was not as clean as I would have hoped. The linens and towels looked old and a little bit dirty.

The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch and the location was decently convenient. the bed was really comfortable for a good night's sleep.
The customer service was pretty disappointing and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. the towels had stains on them and there wasn't enough toilet paper.

Staying in this hotel was a great experience for our family with 2 small kids. We loved the location, close to the beautiful lake and with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always available to help us with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the facilities we required. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided me with trekking advice, lent me their walking poles, and even looked after my luggage for a few days. The hotel was also located in a fantastic spot. It was away from the noisy streets of the city center, but still within walking distance to the busy Fewa Lake area. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast provided was delicious.
